PEC - Posta Elettronica Certificata obbligatoria per i Professionisti

Con il Decreto Legge 29 Novembre 2008, n. 185 si rende obbligatorio l'uso della PEC - Posta Elettronica Certificata per i Professionisti (entro un anno, con deposito presso l'Albo di appartenenza) e per le aziende costituite in forma societaria (entro tre anni, con pubblicazione presso il Registro delle Imprese).

Per le società di nuova costituzione l'obbligo è già corrente.

L'uso della PEC, che ha valore legale anche per gli allegati, riduce sensibilmente i costi di fax e raccomandate comprese le perdite di tempo necessario per la spedizione.
